Corsage & Boutonniere Agreement
Changes must be made 48 hours before pickup; later changes incur a $5 fee plus any additional costs.
Specific flower types cannot be guaranteed, but color requests will be accommodated when possible.
If a remake is requested due to customer preference, the full price will be charged again.
If flowers do not meet our quality standards, replacements will be provided at our discretion, at no cost.
Care after pickup is the customer’s responsibility. Store items in a cool place (not freezing) and pick up the day of the event when possible.
Orders should be placed at least 48 hours before pickup. Rush orders within 48 hours may incur fees and are subject to availability.
Failure to pick up without prior notice requires full payment.
