We give you the freedom to create your own vibe—then we layer in the flowers, style, and sparkle (if needed). Our Banquet Capitano works with you to bring your vision to life in a way that feels fresh, joyful, and totally you.
With a personal consultation, design proposal, and team to help, we make it easy to transform our space into your space. And when the party’s over, we handle the breakdown, too.

Specificity Fees:

Sourcing Fee: $50
Premium Fee: charged according to alcohol price (situation based)
Minimum cash bar sales must total (⅓ of antipated beverage service (per head) total) = 33% or remaining balance will be charged to host.
Bartime = rental time - setup/teardown (ex 5 hours rental = 3 hour bartime) also known as event time. Please note: Event time and bar time are equivalent and bar will not be open past event time. Beverage pricing will not change if rental time is less than 3 hours.
Last call will be 30 minutes before event time is complete. Glassware available upon request at an additional fee of $1 per glass. Otherwise disposable cups are provided.
Over 3 hours bar time = $5/person per hour added to package price and $150/additional bartender will be assessed.

Please note: a 3 hour minimum is required to rent our event space.

After you’ve submitted the inquiry form below, you will get confirmation we’ve received it.
Expect a response within 24-48 hours.
3.
pay deposit.
Following your approval of the proposal and signature on our event space contract, you’ll receive an invoice for 50% of your total as a reservation deposit to secure your date.
4.
celebrate.
14 days prior to your event, we will need a security deposit in the form of a check and final payment is due.
This check will be shredded or returned following your event.
